Array Dynamic Monitoring Method for Regional Residual Stress Distribution
Function Summary
Regional residual stress distribution array dynamic measurement device uses ultrasonic longitudinal wave refraction method to measure the stress, according to the shape of the dangerous areas, several in a certain size of ultrasonic transducers are arranged in an array. The transmitting signal waveform, amplitude, time and reception channel of each transducer in array can be adjusted that other different reception transducer receives every signal from transmission transducer which carries out making different reception signal process for residual stress. After the analysis and calculation for detection signals, the residual stress static distribution in hazardous locations of component is obtained. Cyclic measurement for many times during a certain period of time for detection results and changing trend diagram of residual stress, the residual stress dynamic distribution is completed eventually.

Applications
The pressure in pipe is increased 1Mpa per time to 9Mpa by water pressure testing machine in the followingFigure . By comparing the testing stress value and theoretical stress value of each channel to verify the accuracy of system.
