Ultrasonic Measurement Technique for Bolt Axial Stress
function Summary
The Ultrasonic Measurement Technique for Bolt Axial Stress is based on the relevant acoustoelasticity theory of nonlinear acoustics. According to acoustoelasticity theory, ultrasonic transverse wave and longitudinal wave travels along the bolt axis, there is a certain linear relationship between acoustic travel time and bolt axial stress. Through the system calculates the travel time of ultrasonic transverse wave and longitudinal wave propagating along the bolt axial and other related parameters, the value of bolt axial preload stress is figured out indirectly. Measurement system has been set for different.
This measurement system has been set for different strength specification bolt stress parameters and is widely applied to many occasions of bolt axial stress measurement task. The system software has the features such as friendly interface, easy operation, high integration of hardware system, small appearance size, easy to carry, can be widely used in aerospace, bridge construction, electric power, petrochemical and other industrial areas for testing in site, on-line monitoring and field sampling, etc.
